Trial Run
A trial run is a prescheduled appointment. This will give you and your stylist a general idea of timing and styling needed for your wedding day appointment.

Policies
Contract - All agreements will be made in writing. Wedding date and time; trial run date and time, time of arrival in salon, estimated time of completion, any additional services, deposit amount and final pricing.
Securing a Date - Your date will be secured when the signed contract and deposit are received. All bookings for weddings are made on a "first-come-first-served" basis. No dates will be "guaranteed" without a signed contract and deposit.
Deposit - All brides/bridal parties will leave a 50% deposit on account. Deposits for reservations cancelled a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your scheduled appointment will be refunded. Any cancellations with less than two weeks notice not be refunded. Prices are subject to change if styling needs change or services are added.
Gratuity- A 20% gratuity will be added to every bride/bridal party.
Payment- Payment will be accepted by cash or card. Payment must be received at least 7 days prior to wedding day in one transaction. If we do not receive the payment 7 days prior, reservations are subject to be cancelled.
Trial Run A trial run appointment is required for the bride and will be quoted; but will be charged the day of the trial run. You may request additional trial run appointments (optional/separate fee applies) Trial run appointments are non-refundable after redeeming service.
Arrival- All appointments must arrive with clean, dry hair and fresh face with no makeup on.
Late Arrivals - If a wedding party is more than 15 minutes late, the assumption is the guest is a no-show. In this case, the client forfeits all deposits and payments.
Tanning – If you choose to spray tan or use a tanning bed, please let us know before the trial run for makeup purposes.
